折腾：
【记录】Cygwin下用arm-xscale-linux-gnueabi交叉编译libhttpd
期间，发现libhttpd需要用到pcre。
所以，此处在，cygwin下，用arm-xscale-linux-gnueabi，去交叉编译pcre。
【折腾过程】
1.去官网：
下载
得到2.01MB的pcre-8.33.zip
2.解压后，去看看配置如何：
