（1）个人和公司，如果想要发布app到app store，都是用的是Apple Developer Program＝＝苹果开发者计划
其中两者的区别是：
公司的时候，注册时需要额外提交DUNS＝＝公司 组织机构代码证 ？？？
发布到app store是，个人是以个人为名义发布，而公司是以公司发布
另外公司是支持团队管理的（估计是支持开发团队，多个开发者的之类的）
