后，去参考：
本地导入pofo.zip，安装了：
再去参考官网教程去导入demo 数据
点击启用
去升级：
去删除：WPBakery Visual Composer
然后重新搜索并安装WPBakery Visual Composer
结果插件中找不到：WPBakery Visual Composer
重新去试试，好像又可以更新了：
批量激活：
结果是：

再去导入demo数据

* Memory Limit of 256 MB and max execution time (php time limit) of 180 seconds.
* POFO Addon must be activated for Custom post type and Shortcodes to import.
* Visual Composer and Revolution Slider must be activated for content and sliders to import.
* WooCommerce must be activated for shop data to import.
* Contact Form 7 must be activated for form data to import.
* MailChimp for WordPress must be activated for newsletter form data to import.”
挨个看看是否满足
MAMP

POFO Addon 已激活
Visual Composer：好像没有？
但有个：Parallax & Video Backgrounds for Visual Composer
Revolution Slider：有Slider Revolution
WooCommerce已启用
Contact Form 7已启用
MailChimp for WordPress已启用
推荐设置：
- * upload_max_filesize 40M
- * post_max_size 128M
- * max_execution_time 180 (This needs to be increased if your server is slow and cannot import data.)
- * memory_limit 256M
- * max_input_vars 2000
此处：
- upload_max_filesize 200M
- post_max_size 200M
- max_execution_time 300
- memory_limit 512M
- max_input_vars 此处只有1000
- 去改为2000
通过：
Configuration File (php.ini) Path | /Applications/MAMP/bin/php/php7.2.1/conf |
Loaded Configuration File | /Applications/MAMP/bin/php/php7.2.1/conf/php.ini |
找到并去修改php.ini
重启mamp

去停掉：WordPress Importer
再去试试
Import Demo Content Import demo content data including posts, pages, theme customizer, widgets, images, sliders etc... It may take several minutes, so please have some patience. Demo Import Requirements Memory Limit of 256 MB and max execution time (php time limit) of 300 seconds. Visual Composer and Revolution Slider must be activated for content and sliders to import. WooCommerce must be activated for shop data to import. Contact Form 7 must be activated for form data to import. MailChimp for WordPress must be activated for newsletter form data to import.
然后就开始导入了：
